Staff Well-being is merely a buzzword at Wings but it is where our priority lies. Apart from staff welfare practices such as hospitalization insurance and outpatient subsidy, we also offer a series of work-life balance programme.
We understand the importance to share the different life stages of our staffs and are pleased to offer paternity leave alongside with marriage leave. As a family friendly enterprise, we also hire part-time working mothers who do not want to forgo their career while having family commitments.
Besides, we strive to create a harmonious and healthy working environment for our people. A dedicated Recreation Committee from different departments is set up to promote an employee-friendly environment. Both in-house and out-of-the-company recreation functions are organized on a regular basis for our people and their family members to enhance staff relationship.
To help staff to ease their pressure at work, seminars are organized to educate staff ways to face work pressure and practice occupational exercise during work. Depending on the need of the workforce, we implement different measures to keep them high morale. Passed events examples included but not limited to providing staff with travel bonus which they could enjoy with their family members and the establishment of a team budget for both team building activities and training purpose such as courses like wine tasting class and art jamming.
We do not set any limitation to the form of staff well-being scheme provided so that we can ensure that staff needs are addressed accurately from time to time. After all, a happy workforce is more productive and this translates into success for all.
